 Snowdrops

Louisa Charalambous

I founded Snowdrops in early 2017; an independent floristry business covering Bristol and the South West. We specialise in delivering exquisite floral designs overflowing with natural beauty and charm. Nothing makes my heart happier than designing and creating flowers that bring a tear to the eye and a big smile to the face!

I gained my NCF and ANCF floral qualifications at Bicton College Flower School. Before settling in Bristol I spent four years working for the wonderful and highly reputed Goodenoughs in North Devon (now Sweet Williams Flowers). I then spent a couple of years in London working freelance for various city florists, taking part in creating floral designs for weddings, events and corporate work at many prestigious venues including The Chapel of The Order of The British Empire within St.Paul's Cathedral.

Snowdrops is named after one of my most loved flowers, I've always been in awe of how these seemingly delicate blooms manage to push their dainty heads up through the frosty ground year after year. Some of my other favorites include; tiffany blue Forget-Me-Nots, romantic trailing Jasmine, exotically scented Tuber Rosa, and sumptuous Peonies. I put a lot of time and thought into selecting and sourcing flowers with the perfect shape, colour and scent for my customers needs and style. It’s important to me that I take the time to get know my customers so I am able to create designs that truly reflect the essence of their personality.
